How Title Case works here
Title Case capitalizes the important words and keeps short words like a, the, and, of and in lowercase, unless they start or end the title or follow a colon. That matches the common rule in most style guides for headlines. Capitalize Words, by contrast, capitalizes every word.
Sentence case and the word "I"
Sentence case lowercases everything, then capitalizes the first letter of each sentence and the word "I". It can't know which words are names, so check for proper nouns like people and places afterwards.
